Stoke boss Tony Pulis has an almost fully fit squad at his disposal, with only long-term injury absentee Mamady Sidibie missing. The Potters boss could give Asmir Begovic a chance in the competition after dropping him in the Premier League for veteran Thomas Sorensen.

Matthew Upson and Danny Higginbotham could both be handed a chance to impress after playing in Stoke’s most recent Europa League match against Maccabi Tel-Aviv. Summer signing Wilson Palacios could also be given a run out as he looks to find some match fitness.

Up front, Pulis could well hand a rest to the in-form striking duo Peter Crouch and Jonathan Walters, instead opting to give Ricardo Fuller and Kenwyne Jones a chance to shine. Summer buy Cameron Jerome is likely to be on the bench.

Former AC Milan and Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko is likely to start for Kiev. The 35-year-old struggled to adapt to the Premier League after making his switch to the Stamford Bridge but will be looking to show off his talent to English football fans.

The Ukraine legend is likely to be partnered by the free-scoring Andriy Yarmolenko, although the pair have failed to find the back of the net as frequently in the group stages so far, with Dyanmo scoring just three times in their four matches.
